Post-Doctorate in Law of Social and Labor Relations – UDF/DF – Advisor Prof. Dr. Maurício Godinho Delgado (2019/20). Master in Law PPGD-UFMG (1997/99). Doctor in Law PPGD UFMG (2002/06). Associate Professor IV at the Law School of the Federal University of Minas Gerais. Judge of the Regional Labor Court of the 3rd Region (since 2015). Member of the Permanent Body of the Graduate Program in Law at UFMG (CAPES 7). Coordinator of the RECAJ UFMG PROGRAM – TEACHING, RESEARCH AND EXTENSION – Access to Justice and Conflict Resolution (since 2007). Deputy Coordinator of the Scientific Committee for Research Advisory of ENAMAT -TST (2022/2024). Counselor of the Judicial School of the Regional Labor Court of the 3rd Region. Approved in 1st Place in the Contest for Substitute Labor Judge – 1991, as well as in the Contest for Assistant Professor in Labor Law and Procedure at the UFMG Law School (1999). Took office as Labor Judge on 10/14/1991 until 2015 (Promotion to the 2nd Degree). Took office as UFMG Professor in January 2000. Coordinator of the following bodies in the Labor Court: 1) CGM/TST – TST Memory Management Commission; 2) CPAD/TST – Permanent Commission for Documentary Evaluation of the TST and 3) CRERGD – Regional Committee for Racial, Gender and Diversity Equity of the TRT of the 3rd Region. CAPES and CNPQ researcher in Access to Justice and Conflict Resolution (Since 2010). Professor at ENAMAT/TST in Initial Training and Train the Trainer Courses, as well as in several EJUDs (since 2007) with Train the Trainer courses in Judicial Schools, Judgment from a Gender, Race and Diversity perspective and mediation and conciliation in CEJUSCs- JT. Author of several legal articles, books and coordinator of several others. Speaker at several Congresses, Seminars, etc. (since 1992). My research is guided by the effectiveness and efficacy of social rights based on classic authors such as Delgado, as well as on authors of critical and intersectional theories of gender, race and diversity; by access to justice through rights from the perspective of the critical theory of social sciences of Avritzer, Marona and Gomes; by Nancy Fraser’s three-dimensional justice. I also work with Digital Justice and Interpersonal and Collective Conflict Resolution.
