ABOUT
Associate Professor of Labor Law and Trade Union Law at the Law School of the Federal University of Minas Gerais – UFMG. Permanent Professor in the Graduate Program at the UFMG Law School. Coordinator of the Jean Monnet Module in partnership with the European Commission: Safeguarding of Employment and Digitally Organized Workers-SEDOW. She is a member of the Academic Committee of the Italian-Brazilian Institute of Labor Law. She is a member of the Labor and Resistance Research Group and a member of the National Network for Research and Study in Labor Law and Social Security – RENAPEDTS. Leader of the Labor in Movement Research Group – TREM. National Executive Coordinator and member of the International Secretariat of the Brazilian Association of Jurists for Democracy (ABJD). Councillor of the Committee of Italians Abroad in Minas Gerais – COMITES/MG. Past President of the APUBH teaching union. Areas of expertise and research interests: Labour Law, Trade Union Law, International Labour Law, Comparative Labour Law, Human Rights, Law and Migration, working mainly on the following topics: Freedom of Association, Work, Resistance, Individual and Collective Conflict, Democracy, Teachers’ Trade Union Organization. New technologies, job insecurity, migration and integration. Italian migrations in Brazil. Social Struggles and South America.
