Corruption Crimes Complete Systematic Land Registration Program in Indonesia

Indonesia until this reform period did not see any significant progress in eradicating corruption, especially the rampant corruption in the land sector which is currently facing the PTSL Program. This study wants to know and develop a more ideal reconstruction of the PTSL corruption eradication law so that ius constituendum is found in the eradication of future land sector corruption crimes. This research is a socio-legal research that is descriptive and analytical. This research produces alternative new legal constructions for the eradication of corruption in the future PTSL Program. The construction of the new law is in the form of external concepts and internal concepts. Some of these ideal concepts are needed in fraud control plan efforts for national strategic land programs, especially PTSL, government steps are also needed to evaluate, update, and change the provisions of the Joint Decree of the Minister of ATR/BPN, Minister of Home Affairs, Minister of Village Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration Number 25/SKB/V/2017, Number 590-3167A of 2017, Number 34 of 2017 concerning Financing for Preparation of Systematic Land Registration, especially in the substance of the Seventh Dictum.
