Resumo

Este é o quarto e último da série de artigos publicados pelo autor na Revista Brasileira de Estudos Políticos, sobre o pensamento tomista. O Jusnaturalismo Tomista do século XX nos Estados Unidos oferece um vasto panorama da força e profundidade representada pelo jusnaturalismo estadunidense. Esta parte conclui a apresentação das diversas correntes e doutrinas relacionas ao tomismo, sua ligação com a lei natural, os autores mais influentes, suas obras, as divergências e atuais debates doutrinais existentes entre eles – e apresenta as principais revistas, congressos tomistas e medievalistas, o que permite compreender a importância e vitalidade do jusnaturalismo norte-americano.

Diego Poole Derqui, Universidad Rey Juan Carlos

Profesor Titular de la Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (desde 2001). Doctor en Derecho por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid (1994). Licenciado en Derecho por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid (1985-1990). Traduzido por Cezar Cardoso de Souza Neto: Pós-Doutorando em Filosofia do Direito junto à Universidade de São Paulo.
