ABOUT

PhD in Public Law and Master in International and Community Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (2006), and a member of the Observatory of Decisions of Regional Human Rights Courts. Researcher at the Jean Monnet Center of Excellence at the UFMG Law School and Head of the Public Law Department at the Federal University of Minas Gerais Law School.
