ABOUT

He holds a law degree from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (1998), a specialization in Economics and Business Law from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (2000), a master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) from Columbia University (2002), and a master’s and doctorate in Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2003 and 2011). He is currently an adjunct professor of Civil Law at the Federal University of Minas Gerais. He has experience in Civil, Commercial and International Law, working mainly on the following subjects: obligations, general theory of private law, international contracts, arbitration and corporate law.
