ABOUT

Law degree from the Faculdades Integradas de Direito Cândido Mendes Ipanema – RJ (1990). Degree in Pedagogy from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (1982), Specialization in School Supervision and Educational Guidance (1983). Master’s degree in Constitutional Law (1994) and PhD in Collective Procedural Law (2003), both from UFMG. Lawyer registered with the Brazilian Bar Association in Minas Gerais. Counselor in the Legal Assistance Division of FDUFMG. Associate Professor IV at FDUFMG, teaching Civil Procedural Law, Collective Procedural Law and Dialogic Practices: Conciliation and Judicial Mediation. She is a permanent member of the teaching staff of the Postgraduate Program (since 2006). Founding member of the Institute of Procedural Law – IDPro. Instructor, Volunteer Judicial Conciliator and Mediator at CEJUSC-BH, trained by EJEF. Member of the Systemic Composition Project at CEJUSC/BH. Family Constellator from the Systemic School for Life (2022). Editorial Director of the FDUFMG Journal (2019). Researcher in the University Program to Support Labor Relations and the Administration of Justice – PRUNART-UFMG. Leader of the CNPq Research Group: “Collective Law and Process: Systemic and Structural Analysis” (2021). Researcher in the International, Interinstitutional, Interdisciplinary Research Group on Law, Economics and Public Finance – GIDEF/UFMG. Senior Visiting Professor (Capes/Print scholarship – 1st 24) at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
