ABOUT
Holds a degree in Law from UFMG (1962), a degree and a teaching degree in Philosophy from UFMG (1973) and a Ph.D. in Law from UFMG (1985). He is a Full Professor of Theory and Philosophy of Law at UFMG Law School . He is a licensed full professor at the Milton Campos Law School and a licensed professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais. He was a Gastprofessor at the Universität Tübingen, Germany (2001). He has experience in Law, with an emphasis on Philosophy of Law, working mainly on the following topics: law, fundamental rights, philosophy, theory of justice and hermeneutics.
