ABOUT
Fabiano Teodoro de Rezende Lara holds a PhD in Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2008). He completed his Master’s degree in Law (FDUFMG) in 2001. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Law from UFMG (1996) and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication from PUC-MG (1996). He was Legal Advisor to the Court of Justice of Minas Gerais from 1997 to 2010. He is currently Associate Professor of Economic Law at the Faculty of Law of UFMG (Undergraduate, Master’s and Doctorate). Visiting Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Trento (2018). Coordinator of the Brumadinho-UFMG Project and of the Research and Extension Program in Sustainable Development. Member of the Institute of Lawyers of Minas Gerais (IAMG). Member of the TJD-MG. Lawyer. Currently, his research interests are mainly concentrated in the areas of Law and Development, Game Theory applied to Law, Economic Law and Environmental Law.
