ABOUT

Professor of the Department of Public Law of UFMG Law School. Ph.D. in Law from UFMG Law School (2015). Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from UFMG Law School (2001) and a Master’s degree in Constitutional Law from UFMG Law School (2003). Had a Postdoctoral position  in Constitutional Theory and Constitutional Law at UFMG (2016-2018). Co-director of the Research Project “Time, Space and Meanings of the Constitution”. Coordinator of the Study Group “Topics of Constitutional Theory and Rights”. Has experience in the area of ​​Public Law, with an emphasis on Constitutional Theory and Constitutional Law, working mainly on the following topics: Fundamental Rights, Communicative Freedoms and Constitutional Identity.
