ABOUT
PhD and Master in Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais. Bachelor of Laws from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais. He is a Professor of Constitutional Law in the Department of Public Law at the Law School of UFMG. He has experience in the area of Law, with emphasis on Constitutional Theory, Introduction to the Science of Law, History of Law, Theory of State, Philosophy of Law, Constitutional Law, Hermeneutics and Research Methodology in Law. He was director of the Sciences of State course at UFMG and of the Law course at UFJF-GV and the Vale do Jequitinhonha Educational Foundation (current UEMG – Diamantina unit).
