Holds a Law degree from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (1994), a Master’s degree in Administrative Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2004), and a Ph.D. in Procedural Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais/Università degli Studi di Milano (2008). Post-doctorate at the University of Milan (2019/2020). Visiting professor at the University of Trento (2022). Visiting professor at the University of Verona (2023).
