ABOUT
PhD in Civil Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, with research at the Università degli Studi di Milano, as part of the CAPES Sandwich Doctorate Program Abroad (PDSE/CAPES). Master in Civil Law from the University of Coimbra. Visiting Professor at the Università di Roma – La Sapienza, with a CAPES/PRINT scholarship. Has experience in the area of Law, with an emphasis on Civil Law, working mainly on the following topics: General Theory of Civil Law, Private Autonomy, Vulnerabilities, Obligations, Contracts and Civil Liability.
