ABOUT
Fernando Gonzaga Jayme holds a degree in Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (1992), where he also obtained a master’s and doctorate degree in Law (1999 and 2003). He is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law of UFMG, where he teaches in undergraduate and graduate courses, lawyer and facilitator of restorative justice. Currently, as a representative of UFMG, he holds the vice-presidency of the State Council for the Defense of Human Rights of Minas Gerais, coordinates the Ciranda Program of Restorative Justice at UFMG and is an advisor in the Legal Aid Division (DAJ) of the Faculty of Law of UFMG. He has experience in the area of Law, with an emphasis on restorative justice, autonomous conflict resolution, access to justice, civil procedural law and human rights.
