ABOUT

Holds a degree in Law from UFMG (1971) and a Ph.D. in Law from UFMG (2002). She is currently a Full Professor of Philosophy of UFMG Law School, having passed a public examination in 2008, with the thesis “The Foundation of Legal Hermeneutics in Plato: from the Metaphysics of Light to Phenomenology”. She was Coordinator of the Postgraduate Program in Law at UFMG from 2008 to 2011. She has experience in the area of ​​Law, with emphasis on General Theory of Law, General Theory of Contracts and Legal Hermeneutics.


RESEARCH PROJECT

Conducts research and supervises in the projects:
