ABOUT

Graduated in Law from the UFMG Law School (1969). Specialist and Ph.D. in Law from UFMG (1986). Was awarded with the title Professor Emeritus by UFMG Law School. Former Full Professor of Financial and Tax Law at the Milton Campos and UFMG Law School. Former coordinator of postgraduate courses and former head of the Department of Public Law at tUFMG. Former Attorney General of the State of Minas Gerais and former Attorney General of the Municipality of Belo Horizonte. She has published more than 450 works, including articles, book chapters, books and conference papers. She has participated in more than 600 conferences as a speaker or lecturer. He has experience in the area of ​​Law, with an emphasis on Tax and Financial Law, working mainly on the following topics: tax law, taxation, constitution, tax reform and tribute.
