SOBRE

PhD in Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Master in Legal and Political Sciences from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, Graduated in Law from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte. He is currently an adjunct professor at the Faculty of Law of the Federal University of Minas Gerais, member of the permanent staff of the Postgraduate Program in Law of UFMG (PPGD/UFMG). He has studies in the area of ​​Political Law, especially in the fields of: State Theory, Constitutional Theory, Political Theory; Theory of Law; Philosophy of the State; Philosophy of the Constitution; Political Philosophy; Philosophy of Law; Constitutional History; Comparative Constitutional Law; and Constitutional Law. Conducts and directs research aimed at understanding and reflecting upon the foundations and principles of Political Law, particularly the Theory of the State and Constitutional Theory.
