ABOUT

Holds a degree in Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (1965) and a Ph.D. from UFMG (1976). He was a Federal Labor Judge at the Regional Labor Court. He has experience in the area of ​​Law, with an emphasis on Labor Law, working mainly on the following topics: labor justice, labor procedure, reform of the labor and common judiciary procedure and judiciary, unions, unionism, strikes, collective bargaining agreements and co-management in establishments and companies. He has published approximately 70 books on Labor Law and legal sciences in general.
