ABOUT

Professor of Civil Law at the Federal University of Minas Gerais. Permanent Faculty Member of the Postgraduate Program in Law at the Federal University of Minas Gerais. Holds a Ph.D. in Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, with a research period at the University of Birmingham. Obtained a Master’s degree in Private Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Federal University of Ouro Preto.
Completed a postdoctoral research residency in Law at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, funded by CNPq, as part of the project “Bioethics, Distributive Justice, and Pandemics.”
His research focuses on the following areas: Civil Law, Biolaw.
